International Operations 

The International Operations Leadership Team provides strategy and support for our network of National Offices around the world that work to fundraise and raise awareness for ICC.

Jannene Wall 

Chief Executive Officer (COO) 
As COO, Jannene is responsible for the ICC's operations. She works closely with Peter Maize, David Gotts and the International Board (IB) to provide overall leadership to the organisation. 

Jannene first connected with ICC in 1999 through a trip to China. Bringing with her a background in human resources, she began processing field applicants and mobilising volunteers. That has led to an increased role with ICC. Based in Ipswich, Australia, Jannene is married to her husband, John, and has two daughters.

Trent Frecklington

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Trent leads our Finance Department. Before joining ICC he had over 10 years’ experience working in and around charities in Australia in key leadership roles, as well as in various commercial enterprises. In addition to his strengths in finance and leadership, he bring considerable experience in strategic planning, budget management, governance and team development to the leadership of ICC. 

At ICC he oversees international finances and managing the flow of funds from ICC’s National Offices to China, reporting to the CEO and the International Board. Trent lives in Cedar Grove, just south of Brisbane, with his wife and two dogs.

Krim Chan 

Director of Marketing & Communications 
Krim brings with her 13 years of management experience through working at two INGOs in marketing, communications, public education, project management and resources development. Before she jumped to the charity industry, she had worked as a Marketing and Communications professional for a decade in the commercial and financial industries. She was born and raised in Hong Kong in a big family. She loves reading, travelling and interacting with people. Her interest in marketplace theology and spiritual formation has brought her to finish a theology course recently at Regent College, Vancouver.  

Sylvia Soon

China Teams Manager & Executive Assistant to Founder
After spending 15 years in business management, Sylvia transitioned to the non-profit sector in 2004. Prior to ICC, she was based in New York City, serving as Chief Operating Officer of the World Evangelical Alliance. In recent years, through a series of work related trips, she developed a heart for China, which eventually drew her to the work of ICC. Sylvia works closely with ICC's network of National Offices in management of short term teams to China. In addition to managing China Teams, Sylvia also assists David Gotts, ICC's founder, in his work. Sylvia lives in Canada in the Vancouver area.
