Prayer Calendar 22-28 May 2013

ICC's Prayer needs for the week

WEDNESDAY, 22 May

Please pray for our up and coming 20th Anniversary celebration in China. Pray that God would enable us to glorify Him as we come together to give thanks for 20 years of His faithfulness. Pray, too, that this milestone will be a catalyst towards an even stronger relationship with our Chinese government partners.

THURSDAY, 23 May

Please pray for our Chinese government partners as they consider increasing their financial investment into ICC projects.

FRIDAY, 24 May

Please pray for Tracy Imbach (ICC USA’s Development Rep.) as she travels to the Christian Alliance for Orphans conference in Nashville. Pray that God would open up opportunities for partnerships and support as she meets with other key leaders that have a heart for abandoned children with disabilities. Pray for divine connections and appointments.

SATURDAY, 25 May

Please pray for Yang Heng Yuan who is turning nine today. Yuan is really enjoying his classes. Give thanks for the improvements in his reading skills. Pray that his concentration would develop to help him with his learning. Praise for the freedom his wheelchair gives him. Pray that he would learn good ways to express his difficulties and emotions.

SUNDAY, 26 May

Today, please pray for Yang Heng Su as she celebrates turning eight. Praise God for her improved health and pray that she would continue to put on weight. Please also pray that she would find joy in circle times and find a better sleep pattern.

MONDAY, 27 May

Please pray for those who serve on ICC’s International Supervisory Board. Pray especially for our board chair,Dale Weathington (based with his family in Hong Kong), along with the other board members that serve ICC through ensuring we are true to our vision and have integrity and transparency in all we do.

TUESDAY, 28 May

Please pray for David Gotts—the founder and Executive Director of ICC—that God would continue to guide him in his leadership of ICC. Pray for his wife, Linda, as she continues to undergo cancer treatment.
