We have a vacancy for a Changsha Area Director to join our China leadership Team. Based in China, this role is pivotal in representing ICC in negotiations with the local/city level Government, expanding our vision in Changsha, motivating and providing framework for our local Managers and staff as well as promoting a Christ centered work.
The successful candidate would preferably have worked within a social welfare or heath discipline, hold fluency in Mandarin, have a strong understanding of Chinese culture yet experience Internationally to be able to work across a diverse group of people.

ICC is a volunteer organisation, and ICC is offering this as a ministry role, however a stipend is available to assist the candidate on settling into the role.
