ICC officially opens new children’s care centre in Hengyang

Although the children have been living in International China Concern’s new children’s care centre in Hengyang for the past six months, ICC formally opened the new building on May 11, 2015.
Also, the ribbon was cut to open a brand new accessible playground that is complete with wheelchair swing and slides.
The official celebration included speeches by ICC founder David Gotts and welfare centre officials, as well as dances performed by the children in ICC’s care.
