Executive Assistant to Executive Director and Director of Development

4 day-a-week position available

An exciting opportunity exists to work with International China Concern, a Not For Profit organization, providing EA support to the Executive Director and Director of Development in Vancouver beginning March 1st, 2013. 

The successful candidate will be a detailed oriented individual with previous experience in a like role, hold intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and display initiative and proven abilities with diary management as well as preparation of correspondence including report writing, meeting agendas and minutes. Additionally the role calls for an ability to arrange travel bookings, co-ordinate calls across different timezones and manage adhoc projects. 

If you are an outgoing, relationally confident person that brings experience in a busy EA position, are interested in working in a less corporate environment, enjoy utilizing your strong organizational skills yet remain flexible to emerging needs while providing great support then this could be a role for you. Chinese language skills, sales experience and event planning experience will strengthen any application.
